  2. Basahin ang Privacy Policy.
  3. I click ang Allow button upang makapag-proceed sa Apply Loan.

  5. Mag-handa ng (2) dalawang government IDs.
  6. Sagutan ang form.
  7. Ihanda ang (1) isa sa mga sumusunod na IDs at picturan ito sa pamamagitan ng AEON Mobile App

  10. Antayin ang OTP na matatanggap mo sa iyong idineklarang mobile phone number.
  11. Gawin ang Captcha instructions at i-submit ito.
  12. Antayin ang magiging resulta ng application.

REGISTER

Antayin ang approval ng iyong application at mag-register sa iyong account gamit ang iyong agreement number.

  1. Pagkatanggap ng iyong approval sa pamamagitan ng push notification, i-tap lamang ang message.
  2. Ikaw ay mapupunta sa Pre-claim kung saan makikita ang iyong approved credit limit.
  3. Kailangan mong mag-input ng (5) limang character references at iba pang detalye. I-submit ito pagkatapos.
  4. Makikita mo ang listahan ng aming mga partner merchants kung saan mo maaaring i-claim ang iyong item.   Pumili ng (1) isa dito para masama sa iyong application.

CLAIM

Pumunta sa AEON partner merchant, pumili at i-claim ang item na iyong in-apply ng loan.

  1. Ipakita ang agreement number sa AEON sales promoter ng napili mong tindahan.
  2. Makakatanggap ka muli ng OTP code.   Ibigay ito sa AEON Sales Promoter.
  3. Maaari ka ng pumili ng specific brand ng approved mong applied item na naaayon sa iyong approved credit limit.
  4. Sabihin sa AEON Promoter kung ano ang napiling item upang mabigyan ng computation.
  5. Gawin ang face recognition process.
  6. Congratulations.   Maaari mo ng mauwi o mapadeliver ang iyong napili at applied item.

Managing your AEON mobile app account

In case you forgot your password, you may log in to your account by clicking the “Forget Password” button and follow the instructions for logging in.  

If your phone has a one touch sign-in feature, you are encouraged to activate this as early as account registration for easy log in.

Late payment charges if applicable are not reflected in your AEON mobile app for now.   This may be included in our system adjustment until further advisory.

No.   Upon login, you will be redirected to your Account where your previously provided personal information are shown.   You are advised to browse through them and update AEON Customer Service for any needed modification.   You may call AEON customer service at 8631-1399.

regarding application

No. Gadgets are not recommended for combination with other product categories under one AEON Application Installment Plan. 

No. Based on the design of the system of the AEON mobile app, you may only use your company ID as a supporting document if your address is reflected at the front part of the ID.

You may proceed with the application process in the AEON mobile app upon walk-in to the store, however, this will be cancelled by our assessment team because your existing/ongoing initial AEON Installment Plan application will be prioritized.

Anyone who has downloaded or updated his AEON mobile app and who meets the basic qualifications and has the basic requirements for an AEON Installment Plan application can apply.   Please see the table of requirements and qualifications below.

Self-employed applicants or OFW remittance beneficiary/ies may follow the same general process of application for an AEON Installment Plan through the AEON mobile app guided by the table of basic qualification and requirements above.

No.   As part of the required information to complete the application for an AEON Installment Plan through the AEON mobile app, you are only required to provide 1-3 product categories of your choice from a drop down list in the AEON mobile app.

Yes.   In case your AEON Installment Plan application through the AEON mobile app gets declined or cancelled, you may still try to apply for an AEON Installment Plan upon walk-in to AEON partner merchant stores.   However, please be advised that AEON evaluation process for AEON Installment Plan applications from AEON partner merchant stores is the same with that for AEON Installment Plan applications from AEON mobile app.   Unless there is a change in the required documents you presented and personal information, the result of your application for an AEON Installment Plan will be the same.

Yes.   Upon application for an AEON Installment Plan through the AEON mobile app, you will receive with a One-Time Password.   If you fail to receive this upon submission of AEON Installment Plan application three times, your application will automatically proceed to evaluation.  

No.   The use of AEON mobile app for an application of an AEON Installment Plan is currently exclusive to (GMA) General Metro Area applicants only.   You may refer to our map of participating AEON partner merchant stores.

Regarding approval of AEON Installment Plan through mobile

No.   You may not change your initially selected product category upon approval of your AEON Installment Plan.   Your application for an AEON Installment Plan has been approved also on the basis of your pre-selected product category/ies.   A change in it will influence the evaluation of your AEON Installment Plan.   However, you can cancel your application and re-apply with your newly preferred product category/ies and wait for the result of the evaluation.

No.   You may not change your initially selected payment terms upon approval of your AEON Installment Plan.   Your application for an AEON Installment Plan has been approved also on the basis of your pre-selected payment terms.   A change in it will influence the evaluation of your AEON installment plan.   However, you can cancel your application and re-apply with your newly preferred payment terms and wait for the result of the evaluation.

Yes.   You may update your phone number once your AEON Installment Plan application has been approved by calling AEON customer service.   Upon your advice, AEON customer service will check if it is contactable.   After which, they will update your mobile number in your account in the AEON mobile app. Once it’s been updated, you may check your account details from your AEON mobile app.

In this case, you may proceed with claiming your approved AEON Installment Plan by covering the balance of your approved credit limit and the total amount of your applied product category/ies thru a down payment settled in AEON partner merchant stores cashier.   You may also consider availing only 1 or 2 or your applied product category/ies which can be covered by your approved credit limit.

You are given 30 days to claim your AEON installment plan.   However, you are encouraged to claim as soon as you have been approved.

No.   You are only allowed to claim all selected product categories within your approved AEON installment plan once in one AEON partner merchant store that’s included in the list of recommended AEON partner merchant stores in the AEON mobile app.

Yes.   You may choose to avail any existing promo/s applicable to your approved AEON Installment Plan.   A list of applicable AEON promos will appear on your AEON mobile app screen during pre-claiming.

Yes.   You may cancel an approved AEON Installment Plan application.   Just simply click the Cancel button at the lower left portion of the AEON mobile app screen during pre-claiming.

You will know if your AEON Installment Plan application through the AEON mobile app gets approved, cancelled or declined through a push notification on your AEON mobile app.

Regarding claiming of AEON Installment Plan through mobile

No.   You cannot create another account in the AEON Mobile APP using another phone number.   Your account is protected with your initially provided personal information including your mobile number.

Before claiming your approved AEON Installment Application, you will receive a list of recommended AEON partner merchant stores in your AEON mobile app screen based on your declared office address or residence.  

Yes.   You may visit and claim your approved AEON installment plan in an AEON partner-merchant store that’s different from your initial preference.   The AEON partner-merchant has to be included in the list of recommended stores based on your office address or residence.

 

If you have already visited an AEON partner merchant store and engaged the AEON sales promoter by advising him of your selected brand based on your pre-approved product category/ies and your agreement number, your approved application will be locked-in to the store.  

In this case, you will have to wait for at least 30 minutes upon deciding to claim instead from another AEON partner-merchant store that’s included in the list of recommended stores for claiming.   Upon transfer to another store, you may expect to undergo the same process of claiming.

Regarding decline or cancellation of AEON Installment Plan through mobile

No.   You will not be advised of the reason why your AEON Installment Plan application was declined.   However, trust that AEON Installment Plan applications are evaluated based on the basic qualifications and requirements for AEON Installment Plan application subject to further AEON assessment.
