How can I apply for an appliance, gadget or furniture loan?
You can apply for an appliance loan in two ways. One is to visit our partner stores and approach one of our sales promoters present your two (2) valid IDs and process your application. Do you have cash loan?
AEON Credit Service offers cash loan for good paying customers with finish accounts. We also offer cash loan to individuals without finished AEON accounts residing in the following cities: San Fernando Pampanga, Legazpi City Albay, Metro Cebu, Davao City.
How can I pay for my AEON Installment Plan ?
You can pay for your AEON Installment Plan through all the major payment channels available nationwide. Remember to use your agreement number as reference number whenever you pay for your AEON installment Plan. What will happen if I was unable to pay for my monthly dues on time?
Considering that your due date is every 2 nd day of the month, late payment fees will apply as follows:
3rd - 10th of the month additional P100.00 late payment fee
11th – 15th of the month additional P200.00 late payment fee
16th – 30th of the month additional P300.00 late payment fee
Make sure to add your late payment fees to your monthly dues so no additional charges will incur.
What are the benefits of being a good payer with AEON?
As a good payer of AEON Credit Service, you will have a benefit of having lower interest rate on your next application, you will also have a chance to qualify to apply for a cash loan. These benefits, however, is still subject to prequalification.
I only have 1 valid government ID can I still apply?
Yes we can accept your application given that your 1 valid ID should be any of the following government issued IDs:
1. UMID
2. SSS ID
3. Passport
4. Driver’s License
5. GSIS ID

But your secondary ID should be any of the following?
1. Company ID
2. Philhealth ID
3. Tin ID
4. Voter’s ID
5. Barangay ID

It is best that you can present two (2) valid government IDs. Should you have no valid government ID even though you have secondary IDs we won’t be able to accept your application.

What are the available loan terms?

The loan period will depend on the product you want to buy and your capacity to pay. Loan terms range from 6 to 24 months.

How much is the interest rate?

Our loan interest rate is at 5.05% to 6.25% for general products and for gadgets 6.25%.

What if I have an overpayment and I want to get a refund?

Will I be informed of the reason if my application was declined?

AEON will not, and has the right not to disclose the reason for declined applications.

How do I view my outstanding balance?

To view your outstanding balance, you may download the AEON Mobile App or you may request via our hotline (8631-1399) or send us an email at customercare@aeonphilippines.com.ph.

What are the fees I need to pay to process my loan?

You need to pay the processing fee and downpayment (if needed). The amount of these fees varies depending on the amount of the loan.

What if I have a concern with the item I purchased such as defective, return or change of the model / item?

AEON only finances the item that you are availing, any after-sales concerns regarding the items can be coordinated to the store. If you want to change the item you availed, a replacement shall be based on the policies of the store.

What if I want to update my information in your system, such as last name, contact number or address?

You may request via our hotline (8631-1399) or send us an email at customercare@aeonphilippines.com.ph. Our team will guide you through the process.

How to claim Chubb Insurance Premium policy?
  1. Call the AEON Credit Guard Hotline at (632) 88592775 and Toll-Free Number: 1-800-10-8592775 Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM;
  2. Email at : aeoncreditclaims@Chubb.com ; or
  3. Go visit www.chubbclaims.com.ph
  4. The insured must
    • complete and sign a claim form (claim forms are available from Chubb);
    • attach to the claim form:
      • original receipts for any expenses that are being claimed;
      • any reports that have been obtained from the police, about an accident; and
      • any other documentary evidence required by the Company under this Group Policy; and
    • provide the Company the completed and signed claim form and accompanying documents within thirty (30) days of the Event taking place which gives rise to a claim.
How to cancel Chubb Insurance Premium Policy?
  1. In the event the Insured is not satisfied with the Group Policy/Confirmation of Cover for any reason, the Insured may cancel this Group Policy/Confirmation of Cover by advising the Company in writing within fifteen (15) days after receipt of this Group Policy
  2. To effect cancellation, the insured must call the AEON Credit Guard Hotline at (632) 88592775 and Toll-Free Number: 1-800-10-8592775 Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM or call AEON Credit Service directly at XXXXXXXXX.
Will I get refund once I cancelled my Chubb Insurance Premium Policy?

Any premium paid will be refunded during fifteen (15) day period after receipt of the Group Policy. The insured will not receive a full refund if the insured has made a claim during this period.

What is the interest rate of AEON Personal Loan?

The interest rate for AEON Personal Loan is 2.50% for Retention/Existing Customers. Interest rate for New Customers is 4% to 6%

What are the available loan terms?

The available loan terms for AEON Personal Loan are 6 months and 12 months

Are there other fees included to process my application for AEON Personal Loan?

Aside from the Processing Fee (P400 or 3% whichever is higher), there is no other fees involved in processing your AEON Personal Loan Application. The Processing Fee will be deducted from your total cash loan amount.

How do I get an AEON Retention Code

The AEON Retention Code is given to customers with finished AEON Installment Plan accounts. This is given to them via SMS through their registered mobile number.
