Job Description:

  • Performs a variety of clerical work
  • Assists in making reports by using Microsoft applications efficiently
  • Assists in data encoding or any tasks related to the corresponding department
  • Duties also include making telephone calls, filing, and other clerical work


QUALIFICATION:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Locates and notifies customers of updated and delinquent account by personal visit to solicit payment
  • Receives payments and post amounts paid to customer accounts.
  • Advises customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment.
  • Persuades customers to pay amounts due on credit accounts, damage claims, or non-payable checks, or to return merchandise.
  • Performs various administrative functions for assigned accounts, such as recording address changes and purging the records of deceased customers.
  • Traces delinquent customers to new addresses by inquiring at post offices, telephone companies, credit bureaus, or through the questioning of neighbors.
  • Drives vehicles (e.g. motorcycle) to visit customers and to deliver bills.


QUALIFICATION:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Conducts field visit to check existence of customers
  • Gather accurate and complete information of customers during field visit
  • Make on site visit and interview individuals or business owners in the confirmed addresses.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Inputs customer information on the system (indexing)
  • Ensures all the necessary details in the application form are complete and duly signed by the customer
  • Interviews credit applicants through call out to obtain  personal and financial data needed to complete credit report
  • Analyzes credit information gathered through telephone investigation
  • Obtains information about potential creditors from banks, credit bureaus and other credit services
  • Reviews / analyzes credit data to evaluate consumer loan requests in order to approve or reject applications.
  • Minimize bad debt risk and maximize account receivable collection.
  • Assessing credit worthiness of clients.


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or any Business related course.
  • Preferably 2-3 year work related experience (e.g. payroll, Government Mandated Benefits, Withholding Tax)
  • Required Skill(s): Good Negotiation Skill, Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skill, Must be assertive and pro-active, Comfortable in dealing with numbers.
  • Familiar with HRIS tools
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collects and checks timekeeping records of employees and checks the accuracy of the timekeeping data to detect fraud or misleading documents.
  • Checks the submitted timekeeping records to ensure completeness and accuracy of data (e.g. Medical Certificate, overtime, official business, etc.)
  • Initiates payroll by reminding relevant employees (e.g admins) to submit / update necessary records to ensure timeliness of payroll computation.
  • Conducts initial checking of documents for employees’ personal loan (BAP checking, etc.); Advises employees as to the requirements in personal loan application to ensure compliance with the Company policy
  • Collects and checks billings records of partner agencies.
  • Informs immediate superiors on any abnormalities in the use of timekeeping hardware / software for immediate action.
  • Assists employees in the enrollment / registration / update of records at SSS, HDMF, PHIC, BIR, PAYROLL ATM application
  • Administers employees’ availment of Company and Government mandated benefits (e.g SSS, PHIC, PagIbig applications / updates) in a timely manner
  • Encodes payroll-related data using Payroll system / HRIS / Microsoft Office
  • Uploads the new or revised employee working schedules at HRIS
  • Receives and monitors concerns / issues regarding salary and other payroll related matters.
  • Prepares reports and gives updates to Team Head / Department Head related to Compensation and Benefits activities.
  • Other HR related functions that may be assigned occasionally.

  • With 1-3 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
  • With experience working as Call Quality Specialist
  • With experience working a large database maintenance
  • With knowledge in Data Gathering and Data Interpretation.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft OS particularly in Excel (data tables, charts, and graphs)
  • Possess good communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Preferably from BPO Industry

Qualifications:

  • Must be FLUENT in Java 8, AngularJS, Spring, OOP
  • Preferably 4-5 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
